As Kristin mentioned earlier, we are both home visiting our families for a bit. It has been great traveling to Kansas & Missouri…to a family reunion, to see family & friends.
Today, I had the privilege to photograph my children with their cousins (my sister’s 2 children, and my brothers 2 children, and my 2 children…we also added Nona in for some adventurous photographs). We went to downtown St. Charles, Mo…the area I grew up near and where my husband of 12 years and I were married. I love that downtown area…old cellars on the sidewalk, rain barrels, cobblestone streets, the festival park along the river! I have so many great shots to choose from, but had to post one of my favorites of all the kids enjoying an old fashioned lollipop from a candy store downtown…oh the joys of childhood, I love it…I had fun being a kid with them today…(there are so many in this set up that are just too adorable to even show here). Oh, I almost forgot…my mom sewed all the girl’s beautiful dresses…she is an amazing seamstress & now has a business doing just that (the vivid color image is for her:)! More to follow…~Cory
