“I can only imagine where these tiny feet will go in their lifetime. My only hope is that they never forget the way home.”"

I feel so loved and blessed to be asked back by clients. It is one of the highest compliments I can receive and it is amazing for me to be able to come back again and again. The more time I spend with a family, the more I am able to get to know their true selves and we become more like friends. That is the way I feel about this family. I was fortunate enough to photograph them at the beach last summer and then when I got the call that there was a new baby, I was so happy that I could be home to photograph her. She was a bit older than I normally photograph newborns, but we did finally manage to put her to sleep for a little bit. And this little guy, boy do I love him! I chased him around in his battery powered jeep and he thought it was hilarious to act like he was going to let me snap a picture and then zoom off! I smile just thinking of him! ~Kristin
